The apartment was wonderful, lots of space, well furnished. There were 5 of us - all adults, one couple - needing 4 beds -but we were able to make it work. It's a fantastic location with great panoramic views of the harbour, photos cannot do it justice, and when accentuated bybeautiful weather. The early morning light, the colourful sunrise, different every morning provided us with unforgettable and incomparable experiences. We loved it. Roman

Wonderful and clean Suite. Security was very good. A tremendous view of the harbor. Easy walking distance to really good restaurants, pubs and points of interest. To reach to penthouse was a four stair walk up but it was worth the hike. David was very helpful and answered all questions in a very timely manner. We would definitely stay there again.

Dreamy Harbour penthouse

This place was a very special and lucky find. The apartment, which is on the top floor of a building, is steps to all the major nature trails as well as the beautiful shops, restaurants and pubs of downtown St. John’s. The view is phenomenal. As someone who grew up nearby, being able to see the wall of windows in the stunning penthouse overlooking the harbour, the Narrows and Signal Hill as well as the day to night to day work that happens on the various ships and vessels was incredible. I stayed for 16 nights and never tired of this exceptional, lucky vantage point of the St. John’s Harbour and surroundings. The place is also impeccably clean and extremely comfortable and surprisingly quiet at night. Five stars. I’ll definitely be back. Thanks for the hospitality.

Great property location, great communication with the hosts. The top floor /penthouse had a great view of St John’s harbour and Signal Hill / Cabot Tower. Close to all of the downtown amenities. Restaurants and Bars galore. Would stay there again without hesitation. As it is the penthouse there are a number of steps to reach the top floor. Large kitchen with modern appliances , wrap around deck, laundry room, three bedrooms two kings and one room has a bunk bed. Ensuite in the main bedroom , and a second bathroom with tub and shower.

We had a very nice stay here. Great location and view. Stairs were a bit challenging as said. We had no real issues with parking.
