Soar into fair winds on the island and discover this tropical oasis, a stunning, private, coastal Florida home. Set on 1.3 acres, the property offers both comfort and adventure, making it an ideal destination for your next getaway.

This spacious home features four bedrooms (2 Kings, 1 Queen, and 1 Queen over twin) and 2.5 bathrooms. The rooms are generously sized, ensuring that all guests experience first-class comfort throughout their stay. Relax in the Jacuzzi tub off the primary bedroom for added luxury.

The bedrooms are themed, the Primary Palm King, the Space Queen room, the King Shell room and the Ocean queen/twin room.

Outdoor Entertainment
Enjoy a heated pool with a large outside landing deck complete with upgraded seating, pool toys, and a large screen TV on the back patio. The expansive lot provides ample space for various outdoor games and gatherings, whether grilling, dining, lounging by the pool. A fire pit invites you to make s’mores and more under the stars.

Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Not a requirement, we do appreciate if you start towels. Please leave used beds unmade. I bag all bedding, then sheets, just makes it easier. We do not wash sheets/bedding at this house.
We don't want to dump your tupperware. However, I tell our cleaners to take bagged items, things you would get at a store. Thanks! My hubby will take any beer :)
Please start the dishwasher. Do not leave dishes for us. ALL items off pool floor and out of pool. Sorry more than 3, big house :)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please do not leave the outside lights on during the day and when you're sleeping. Including the one directly inside the house.
There is 1 ring camera at entrance of home. 1 camera pointing at pool equipment. Strictly prohibited to adjust or tamper with outside pool equipment.
Noise Decibel monitors in the home. They are off when we have guests. There is no rule per se, just fyi, used only when we are unoccupied.

We loved our stay. We felt welcomed and special for sure. They have special touches throughout the house, Laura is a great host. House is very specious and comfy. Definitely will rebook when we are back in Merritt Island. One of the best stays we’ve had so far. Super Recommended!!!

This home is generously equipped and has a beautiful spacious layout. Hosts are communicative and kind on a different level from most. The only unfortunate part of our stay was that we only had one night there.

This home is even more beautiful than the pictures show. My family stayed at this home 3/03/26-3/11/26. My daughter was playing softball at the Space Coast Complex and this home was a very convenient location to get to the complex and also to the beach. We loved everything about this home. Comfortable beds, very clean, had all the supplies we needed and more, pool/hot tub were outstanding. The owners are so sweet and were incredibly easy to communicate with and very welcoming. If we are ever back in this area we would stay here again without a doubt! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

We had a wonderful stay at this Fair Winds on Merritt Island. The home was very clean and well maintained, and everything looked just like the listing. The rooms were very comfortable and the space felt perfect for a relaxing family trip.The host was excellent—very responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with before and during our stay. Check-in was smooth and instructions were clear.One of the highlights was the private pool, which our family really enjoyed. It was a great place to relax after a day of exploring the area. The home is also family-friendly, with plenty of space and amenities that make traveling easy. The location was convenient for visiting nearby attractions and beaches, making it a great base for exploring the Space Coast.Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again if we return to Merritt Island.

House is beautiful and very clean. Well stocked, lots of everything you need. Host gives great instruction, very good communication and accommodating. The pool and hot tub were not heated upon arrival as we expected, but there are clear instructions on how to put them heating. This was a bummer for us as we were only there one night, and hoped to use the hot tub when we got there. We did put it heating, but due to the record cold temps, the hot tub did not heat up so we were not able to use it. Maybe a thermal cover would help? But everything else was great, we do recommend the house. Walmart delivery and Lyft rides were easily available for us.

I make it a point to walk the beach at least four times a week, soaking in the beauty and tranquility of our coastal surroundings. Whenever possible, we take our boat out to explore the waterways. Living here, I’ve developed a passion for discovering the unique destinations that each area has to offer.
One of my favorite things is sharing our local gems with others. Whether you’re looking for a cozy hole-in-the-wall sushi spot or an upscale fine dining experience, I’m always excited to recommend great places to eat and activities for all to help you experience the best our community has to offer!

Why they chose this property

Living here means there's always something to do. I walk in Cocoa Village, a quaint spot a few miles west, about three times a week and visit the beach most mornings. The neighborhood is beautiful and close to Rotary Park, which features new workout stations, a walking trail, and scenic views. I can reach the airport in 35 minutes or drive south for a weekend getaway. It's a peaceful area with plenty of space for you and your guests to enjoy

What makes this property unique

Living here offers plenty of activities, from regular walks in Cocoa Village to mornings at the beach. The neighborhood is attractive, near Rotary Park with new workout stations, a walking trail, and scenic views. The airport is 35 minutes away. This peaceful area provides generous space and privacy, unlike other neighborhoods where houses are close together. There's room for everyone to enjoy, whether relaxing by the pool or spending time outdoors.

So close to the beach and Cocoa Village, you are in the middle of it all. Between two rivers and the beach, so much to do! You will most likely see a rocket launch during your stay.
