Dust bunnies under furniture.Exposed concrete ceiling, ugly and another place on wall.View was good. Not getting a room equal to what we originally reserved was disapointing.Location was very good.
Ebony was great to work with and the property was in a good location. There were a few housekeeping issues: the second bedroom had a blind missing from the floor to ceiling window that made sleeping difficult once the sun rose, the lighting is really low and one bulb was blown out on the island with no lightbulbs found to replace it, and one bedroom had only a bottom sheet, which may be fine if it is your own home but not great when the comforter is used by many people. All of those issues are an easy fix! The apartment building is very nice with great security.
Positives: The property is in a great location, has amazing views, and front desk staff members were very nice. You can park and walk downtown. Rooftop seems great in a sunny day. (It was raining during my visit)Negatives: The building hallway carpets were really stained. The unit is cute and comfortable. Unfortunately, the place wasn’t super clean.
The host was responsive to sll our requests in a very timely manner.

First the positive. The location is excellent walking to anywhere downtown. We’ve stayed at several short term rentals from the two majors, including VRBO. This is by far our most disappointing experience. First, the VRBO app and the check-in process is very difficult to find the key elements of your trip, including the check-in and check out process. It took us 20 minutes and a phone call to the host on this trip to figure out how to get to and into the location. We had to call the host, who then had to send us pictures that led us to a key box hanging in a hand rail by the loading dock. Without the call and Ebony’s assistance we would not have made our stay. As for the unit, upon entering, the floor was visibly wet from humidity due to the AC being off. We did turn on the AC and it dried out and cooled off within ten minutes. The unit smelled, likely from the humidity. There were no towels or cloths laid out. The king size bed only had a fitted bottom sheet with a comforter. We found a sheet, hand towel and bath towel in a laundry basket in the front closet that appeared to be clean. There was a swiffer mop with a dirty rag serving as the mop in the same closet which was not a good look. We had one roll of toilet tissue for the two restrooms. We also noticed a dirty load of linens and towels sitting on top of the dryer. While Ebony was very kind by phone but we would not stay here again.
