As said in the listing it's not a luxury property, but it was exactly what we pictured. We spent 7 nights and had a wonderful time on the best beach ever with beautiful sunsets and great surf for boogie boarding. Our grandson had a wonderful time digging for sand crabs, building sandcastles and collecting seashells. It's close to Carpinteria which has a lot of quaint shops and restaurants.I was very impressed with the host in their quick response to any questions or concerns. They deserve a 10.

Fantastic beach setting in a home that, other than the kitchen has had little in the way of updating. Not a big deal for us but some might find it off putting. Just enjoy the deck, the beach, and the view like we did and you'll have a wonderful experience.

You should take this house off your listing immediately! It was dirty, falling apart as a window fell off its frame in one of the bedrooms. Some fans were broken. The water out of the master bed room sink smelled like sewer. The carpets and bathrooms were filthy. The dishwasher door was blocked by The oven door. Other than the master BR all others had no airflow and were more like small boxes. To try and make the best of a bad situation we tried to use the fold out couch in the living room and the sheets were filthy! We found ping pong balls under the couch. A beer pong place we heard from from neighbors. . We asked if there were beach chairs and we are a family of 7 adults and three kids and there were only two chairs. Finally, my daughter -in-law and my two grandkids left early because of lack of sleep. It was horrible. Also, we did not know there was construction going on next door.I demand a refund as the conditions as represented in the VRBO was false. I have used your company in the past and have recommended you to others. I hope I don’t have to share this with others.
