A beloved, family-run contemporary retreat on peaceful Squam Lake, cherished by the same family for nearly 75 years. Tucked among the pines with stunning lake views, this spacious home offers year-round comfort and classic lakeside charm.
Our private shared beach and dock is just a quick walk across the street, and is perfect for swimming, paddling, fishing, or soaking up the sun. We have dock space available for rent, if you are bringing or renting a boat. On rare warm days, window and free-standing A/C units keep the sleeping areas cool, and on chilly evenings, you can cozy up by the gas fireplace or our warm enjoy central heat.

Rainy Day Entertainment: Game room & TV in the unfinished basement: ping pong, pool, foosball, poker, puzzles, board games, and more!
