Summary: Escape to our enchanting 2-bedroom vacation home nestled in the heart of Prince Edward County, where pastoral views stretch as far as the eye can see. Perfectly situated between Waupoos and Milford, this unique gem offers a serene getaway while being just a short drive from local wineries, beaches, and charming boutiques.
The Space: The property offers an open concept kitchen, dining and living room, a full bathroom, laundry room, office space and a one bedroom with a full ensuite bathroom on the main level. On the second level, you will find the private loft bedroom.
Guest Access: Guests can enjoy all areas of the house inside, with the exception of the basement. On the exterior, the property features a backyard, firepit and deck for guests. There is a secondary bunkie building on-site that is for owner use only. Other things to note STA# 2019-0104
The Neighborhood: Gran Roble is located on the countryside, just minutes from popular PEC attractions, such as: Stella's Eatery, Waupoos Estate Winery & Restaurant and Clafeld Cider, Cressy Mustard, County Cider Co, Waupoos Tarts, Creasy's Apple Farm and so much more.
The backyard offers scenic pastoral views across fields and meadows, with partial lake views of Lake Ontario off in the distance.
