Hey! House was clean, not oversold. Jake was quick to get back with some moor situation a 84 old would run into call operator error.Loved the spot and view was spectacular.

The layout worked for our family. The main area where the kitchen is has 2 bedrooms and then one bedroom in the basement. There is an open loft above the main living area with beds for kiddos to sleep. The views were amazing.

Everything was AWESOME. We received great communications before our stay. There was a small hiccup with the wifi enabled door lock upon our arrival and they answered the phone straight away and resolved it on the spot. The house was extremely impressive and our family absolutely loved it.The one thing that the pictures here on VRBO don't do justice is the VIEW. Complete panoramic views of Bear Lake. All the windows just made the view amazing whether you sit inside or outside.We would definitely stay here again.

First, the good stuff...great location and wonderful views. Unfortunately, we were sadly disappointed in the overall condition of the property. The building itself is nice and in newer condition. It just didn't seem to be maintained properly. Too many issues with kitchen cleanliness and organization. Bedroom duvets were also questionable in terms of cleanliness, which is an instant turn off. And these days, white duvets are definitely preferrable. Quite a few other things that were not desirable, but too much to go into here. The property has great potential, it just needs to be brought up to a better standard.

We really loved our stay at this property. The pictures don’t even do it justice. It’s much better than what you see. We loved watching the sunrise and enjoying the ping-pong table and felt like we had tons of space in the house. The kitchen is completely stocked with every appliance you can think of we really appreciated the coffee And had a great time all around.

We were a bit short, so reaching the cabinets was hard probably need a little stepstool to reach the cabinets and the dryer.

Excellent communication! Lovely home w well stocked kitchen and baths. Our small dogs had trouble w the stairs so we carried them up and down. Great views and quiet neighborhood.

The view was stunning!!!!!!The hosts were very prompt to answer and make sure everything was good. It was nice we were able to take dogs with us and they had a cute dog basket to accommodate the dogs with dog blankets and poop bags.
