The house was in a perfect location for going to palisades and Fruita. Close to nice shopping center and restaurants in GJ. It was in a nice area and pretty quiet. The guy across the street woke us up every night coming in and out with a very loud car. Other than that, it was quiet. The house backs up to the back side of a small shopping center but the yard is big and lots of trees to block it and there was no noiseThe house was very updated and modern which I love. The house was stocked with everything you could need. There are cameras in the front and backyard. I don’t recall if that was on the listing. Overall, it was a great house and I would go back in a heartbeat.
