Welcome to Conifer Crossing Lodge, a refined retreat where upscale design meets laid-back luxury in the heart of Hochatown. Tucked among towering pines yet minutes from Broken Bow Lake, this spacious lodge was thoughtfully designed for unforgettable group getaways; offering resort-style outdoor living, expansive gathering spaces, and elevated amenities throughout. From relaxing in the year-round hot tub to enjoying the private seasonal pool, cozy outdoor fireplace, and lively game loft, every detail invites you to unwind, connect, and experience cabin living at its finest.



SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (Sleeps 20 MAX- 14 adults max)



Designed with both comfort and flexibility in mind, the lodge offers spacious sleeping accommodations perfect for large families and group retreats.

Base pricing is designed to accommodate smaller groups of 12, after 12 guests a $40/night fee is applied per guest up to 20 total guests at this property.

Bedroom 4 – Upstairs (Bunk Suite): Two Queen-over-Queen custom bunks (4 Queens total)

Inside, the upstairs game loft offers classic entertainment with a pool table and air hockey, while the bunk suite features a nostalgic tabletop Pac-Man for all-ages fun.



Step outside to unwind in the year-round hot tub, gather around the striking white-stone outdoor fireplace, or enjoy cozy evenings at the backyard fire pit beneath the towering trees.



Warm-weather stays are elevated by the property’s show-stopping above-ground pool, surrounded by a custom wraparound sun deck — creating a private, resort-like setting where kids can splash and adults can relax in style.



Pool & Heating Details

• Pool is available year round w/ optional pool heating by request

• Optional pool heating available by request: $175/night (entire stay required)

• Must be scheduled at least 48 hours prior to arrival

• Target temperature up to 84°F; heating effectiveness varies in colder weather

• NO refunds once heating has been activated

• Hot tub remains heated year-round

• Children must be supervised at all times

• Pool cleaning: Weekly; staff will need access for service.

We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy with a maximum of 2 dogs. A pet fee of $150 is required.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★

Please refrain from smoking inside the cabin! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.

★ ELECTRIC VEHICLE INFORMATION ★

The best option for EV charging is at the Choctaw Landing or Gutter Chaos, which offers multiple fast charging stations. Please note this property does NOT have an EV Charger.

A $300 credit card hold is required for all reservations

★ NOISE ORDINANCE ★

We kindly ask you to treat our cabin as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please respect the community noise ordinance from 10 PM to 10 AM. Always be respectful of our community and be good neighbors.



We encourage you to have a great time, but respect the cabin and neighboring cabins. Sounds travel very far in the remote areas of the forest.



This property is located off a gravel road.

Starter supplies provided by housekeeping (not replenished):

1–2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom; 1 hand soap per bathroom; 2 bathroom trash bags per bathroom; shampoo/conditioner/body wash per shower; 1 paper towel roll; dish soap; 2 sponges; 4 dishwasher pods; a handful of tall kitchen trash bags; coffee pods + grounds for one pot + filters; starter creamer & sugar; salt & pepper; 1 small laundry detergent; 1 small container of hot tub chlorine (use as directed).



Fireplaces:

Available for your enjoyment from October-March

Pest control:

Scheduled quarterly; forest critters are possible.

Weather:

No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages or other events outside our control—consider travel insurance.

WiFi is provided as a convenience only and is not integral to the use of the property. No refund of payments shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems.

Check-in/out: Check-in 4:00 PM; check-out 10:00 AM. Early check-in/late check-out (2 hours) may be available for $75 each—subject to availability; message to request.
