There were bugs in the sink when we arrived. There were vehicles parked in front of our door so we had to park in the street and walk with our luggage to our room. The place was so unclean that we didn’t stay the entire time and got a hotel room somewhere else.

I do apologize for your experience. We strive for our guests to have a 5 star stay . I do wish you had reached out to us about any issues or concerns that you had . I had personally checked the apartment before your arrival. And unfortunately i didn't see any bugs. As far as the parking, you were the only guests that we haf that day . So , I'm not sure why you had a parking issue. I do believe this review is unfair .
