Welcome to the Sunset Mountain Retreat–a renovated ‘feel-good’ getaway with country vibes and stunning mountain & valley views! Our home is family and dog friendly. We just purchased the home and are excited to share it so that we can continue to make improvements. Under previous management, Sunset Mountain Retreat had 4.98 stars (AirBnB), and we look forward to maintaining a fantastic guest experience! We have a strict no smoking policy.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
If you have more than what fits in the garage cans, please remover and take with you. (There is a trash/recycling center at 4796 US 340N open Mon - 7 am - 4 pm, Tues - Sat - 8 am - 5 pm Sun - Closed.)
Clean up any dog poop left by your dog if you brought one with you. Make sure hot tub is covered and secured and that grill and outdoor furniture are dry and covered.
Close all windows, lock doors and return the thermostat to 75. Ensure the fireplace is off. Return all furniture as you found it.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
