Casa Sol, by Calm Cove Rentals, is a remodeled one-bedroom bayfront condominium on the fourth floor, with elevator access, in Old Marco on Marco Island, Florida. It sleeps four: a king bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The screened balcony faces east over the bay for sunsets and dolphins.



The Space:

The complex has heated pools and hot tubs, tennis and pickleball courts, shuffleboard, barbecue areas, a marina with snacks and rentals, fishing piers and waterside walking paths.



The condo has a full kitchen, one bathroom with a walk-in shower, smart televisions, Wi-Fi, and beach chairs, an umbrella, a cooler and towels.



The Snook Inn, Marek's, shops and galleries are within walking distance; Publix and Winn-Dixie are within 1.5 miles, and the beaches are a few miles by car.

Check-in was effortless — lockbox code came in advance, instructions were clear, and we were settled in minutes.The space was exactly as advertised: comfortable beds, a well-stocked kitchen, and a patio we practically lived on in the evenings. The AC handled the Florida heat without issue, and the coastal décor felt warm rather than generic.The Marco Island location was the real bonus — easy access to the beach and local restaurants, but tucked away enough to actually feel like a getaway.
