It is equipped with a Weber gas grill and a large beautiful teak table and chairs for comfortable dining al fresco! The property is surrounded by a preserve for maximum privacy. There is also an outdoor shower with a separate changing area. Our home is in the prestigious Country Club section of Montauk, and is walking distance to Montauk Downs Golf Course and Pool. If you are vacationing as a family, the house is equipped with a kiddie pool, bikes, beach toys and game as well as 6 beach sand chairs.
