Built in 2025, modern, comfortable and clean. Large windows viewing nature.

Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, one block away from the town business center. The peaceful environment and surrounding whispering trees provide a immersive connection to nature.

Feel like taking a swim/jacuzzi(seasonal), golf, hiking trails, playground, equestrian center, local bakeries, restaurants, art studios, or live music on the weekend?

Additionally, we allow our guests to use our guest/pool card for access to the clubhouse amenities. Come and enjoy the magic of Pine Mountain Club in our centrally located private and modern cabin.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Lock the doors and return the keys
Bring trash to: 16143 Aleutian Dr. (Near the horse stables) Open 8:30am--5:00pm. The PMC association has asked all STR rentals (and general community too) to assist with this due to bear activity.
To prevent bear activity, close all the blinds, and lock all the doors before departing.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking cigarettes. No outdoor fires of any type.
No pets.
Maximum stay is 14 days.

1,140 sq ft. = Cabin.
2 bedrooms = Master bedroom (king bed), front bedroom (2 twins).
1 media room (couch + TV + blue ray + starlink high speed internet).
2 full bathrooms. One has a shower, the other a bathtub.
1 living room/kitchen.
Large wrap around 750 sq ft deck.
Garage with EV charger (tesla & standard), and washer/dryer.
Large flat yard, property zoned R-3 (0.31 acre), on a cul-de-sac.

Kitchen includes:
Propane burner stove + oven
Microwave
Toaster oven
Coffee pod brewer + creamers
Bread maker machine (bring your own ingredients) YUMMY!!!

For young kids there's a Pack & Play in the master bedroom closet available w/ sheets.

Clubhouse: Restaurant, golf course, game room, tennis/pickleball, playground, basketball, softball, picnic areas, native garden, equestrian center, M-F exercise classes, live music on weekends.

We provide our guest cards and pool key(seasonal) for you to use during your stay.
*There is a $5/day/person use fee for the pool, children 8 years old and younger do not have to pay the day use fee. Pay directly in the clubhouse office Monday-Saturday, and then on Sundays pay at the golf shop.*

Golf: "Greens Fees" are nominal, around $21/32 for either the 9 hole or 18 hole course. Carts are available to rent also. Pay at the PMC Golf Shop in the Clubhouse.
