Plus, all units are on the ground level with no stairs, providing easy access for all guests.



The Space:

The apartments are elegantly furnished with brand new decor, including deluxe king memory foam beds and two TVs—one in the living room and one in the bedroom—providing a perfect blend of luxury and convenience.



Factory Flats boasts a prime location with an on-site brewery, making it easy to enjoy local craft beers just steps from your door. The James River is also nearby, offering quick access for kayaking, fishing, or simply soaking in the natural beauty. Reservations of 90 days or more require a signed lease agreement prior to the start of the stay. We will send this lease to you immediately after booking. Please message us if you are interested in reviewing this lease prior to booking.



Online check-in is required before arrival: photo ID of the primary guest (21+), verified; e-signed rental agreement; and a card on file. A refundable security deposit hold of $500 is placed on that card around arrival day and released after check-out. It is used only for documented damage, excessive cleaning, or rule violations, with an itemized notice first. Door codes are sent once these steps are complete. No smoking or vaping ($500). No parties or extra guests ($1,000; unregistered guests $100/person/night). Quiet hours 10 PM to 8 AM. Pet fee: please add your pet to the reservation before arrival (unregistered pets $250 plus fee). Late check-out without approval $30/hour. Exterior cameras and decibel-only noise monitors may be present; none inside units. Full rental terms come with your check-in link.
