I’m confused there are 3 dressers and 2 night stands with drawers in this 1092 sq. ft. Ocean Front 2 bedroom and 2 bath Condo. In the master is a King size bed with a new Purple Mattress and 2 night stands with two additional drawers each. and dresser. In living room there is ample seating for six as described in description so our guests in our home can enjoy the 65 inch flat screen TV as well as enjoy the other 65inch flat screen TV in the king Master from the King size Brass Bed. Also in the living room under TV is a 6 drawer dresser. In formal Dinning rom seating for 6 as well. In the unobstructed Bay View bed room there are 2 Queen size beds with New pillow top mattresses and 4 drawer dresser.. in both bathrooms there are vanities and bathroom shelves.I also have 2 owner Closets that store the comforters bath Mats and Rugs extra blankets robes laundry detergent paper towels toilet paper and cleaning products I supply and everyone of our renters we hosted . They used and enjoyed including the coffee tea and breakfast snacks we supply for each family’s stays . I was so grateful that you took advantage of the linen service thru our cleaning staff and they made it possible to give you an early check in and I made arrangements with front desk for an early registration. I am always steps away as we are a multiple owners here at the Golden Sands the Best foot print in our Beloved Ocean City loaded with building amenities. These Amenities included 3 pools Huge deck with tables and umbrellas. Volley ball corn Hole tennis and Private Beach with Umbrellas and chase longes off the deck featuring an ice cream parlor Tiki bar/ restaurant and Arcade . I answer all calls questions inquiries 24/7 ALWAYS!! and have a personal staff to promptly take care of this our home and private rental thru VRBO . We to make sure each week is as perfect for each renter and for insurance purposes take detailed pictures before and immediately after checkout. There is also 24 hour security and under roof assigned parking.all as described on the VRBO site.I hope this will answer and reassure any further renters.

I went back thru your last text and you thanked me for having you stay in my home and that you had a great time . On your review Thank you for saying I was sweet and available but you didn’t mention why you described me that way or that I 1. personally welcomed you to the condo 2. arranged early registration and asked them at the desk to allow you to purchase a 2nd parking place early . Nor did you 3. say your 3 hour BEFORE checkin and 1 hour PAST checkout times were granted . I granted your requests only after your inspection / tour with me through our 1095 square feet 2 bedroom and 2 bath oceanfront condo with me . Of course my staff hadn’t completed our vacation home usual cleaning because you approved INSISTED everything was fine. So that you could move in early .You were shown where our personal cleaning supplies were to keep it that way. Extra bedding Blow up mattresses and other essentials that would possibly would be helpful to all are always there. Yes ! In the fully equipped Kitchen there are food stables in the cupboards. Unopened Snacks as well as Kurig Coffee and Tea station with breakfast treats too. Unopened juice and Milk and creamers and drinks ice cream and popsicles in brand new Refrigerator and kitchen appliances and so on all for your family and all the others coming and are to welcome you all . I love Hosting . I pointed out the brand new Purple king size Mattress the 2 new pillow top queen size mattresses in the unobstructed Bayview bedroom and that I supply mattress covers pillows and comforters. My cleaning staff AND I take of pictures of everything at every checkin and checkout for Insurance purposes They note and document everything for insurance purposes . Every dryer instructs user to clean out the lint filter after every use . Also sandy items should not be washed in the washer and dried in the dryer. Our house rules are made very clear as well as the many beautiful pictures and the Description on VRBO so everyone knows by reading and can see before deciding and completing their purchase thru VRBO.
