Guests are welcome to use the community pool (open late March through October), gas BBQ grill and private boardwalk beach access (with outdoor shower). To look up from the kitchen, or the dining table, or the living room, or the master suite and see the beach and ocean spread out everywhere is simply breathtaking and awe-inspiring. The balcony, of course, also offers perfect views plus the sound of the waves. We had teens, adults, and seniors (one was 90!) and wanted beachfront, in town, with no stairs, and 4 bedrooms. 301 nailed it! The decor was fascinating too; I loved the kitchen counter granite! We were all very comfortable and pleased with everything about this condo and this visit to IoP.

Loved our stay at Ocean Pearl! Beautiful, comfortable, colorful, clean, tasteful decor. Terrific view of the beach and ocean, with the sounds of the surf as our background soundtrack. And a literal 2-minute walk from a grouper sandwich, pizza, beer or a frosty rum punch. Very relaxing...loved it!
