Welcome to your comfortable 1-bedroom retreat in the heart of Long Beach. This thoughtfully arranged apartment offers flexibility, convenience, and sweeping views of the harbor, downtown, and the Queen Mary. You can walk to everything! The convention center, Queen Mary, Rosepark Roasters Cafe is in the building! Modica's Italian deli is in the building and the 555 Steakhouse and bar is across the street. Also there is the Blind Donkey bar a block away, Brunch spots a block away and tons of other stuff! Bottom line you don't need a car. You can also walk to the beach it is 4 blocks away.

I love downtown Long Beach because you don't need a car to get around you can wallk to the convention center, the gyms, the cafes, great restaurant's, steak houses, bars, rooftop lounges and the ocean!
What makes this property unique
My building is a historic landmark it is over 100 years old and has many stories and a rich past. I love iconic properties from the past. This unit is the penthouse unit from 1920.
