Blue Beach House - Duplex Home, A Minute Walk to the Beach
Our beautiful two-story beach house is located in a very quiet, peaceful neighborhood and just about 100ft away from the beach. My best spot is the front balcony where I love to come out there to feel the fresh ocean breeze in early morning.

What makes this property unique
It takes only a few steps to be on the beach. The area is very quiet and peaceful so if you are looking for more entertainment than the Cocoa Beach Pier is only 1.5 miles away and Cruise Terminal is 2.5 miles away. Publix Super Market is also 1.7 miles away.
The first floor is the common family areas, and all the bedrooms are on the second floor.
A short walk (~100ft) to the beach. without crossing over any busy traffic road Plenty of parking on the premises. Mobile home can be parked on the premises as well.
***No pet allowed in our place nor on the beach period.
***Gas grill is available.
***We do offer a discount for weekly and monthly stay.
