The host was marvelous, responsive and active in solving any problem that came up in a rapid manner. She is also kind and thoughtful. The kitchen is very nice and the bed is very comfortable.

I stayed here for six weeks for work. It's a cozy, quiet spot within an easy drive to downtown St. Pete, with lots of suburban restaurants and shopping also within a short drive. The full kitchen is well-stocked, making cooking and baking a breeze. The host was responsive and lovely, and the space is great for a single traveler or a couple. Fair warning: the wall a/c works just fine, but it does get cold if outside temps get below 40, even with a hard-working space heater.
