A large spacious closet with individual iron, ironing board, and air dryer provides you with all you'll need to get ready for your day. Relax with Netflix or Hulu included for your stay on our smart TV.

As a guest in our travelers' home you'll have access to all of the shared living spaces including the living room, dining room, and fully stocked kitchen. You'll also have access to the shared bathroom. All other spaces in this home are shared exclusively with other travelers.

The Neighborhood:
You'll love the convenience of being so close to downtown, yet having a quiet, private space to unwind.

The Griffin Heights area is situated just East of College-town. There is an abundance of shopping nearby, including Target, Publix, and Whole Foods along with endless restaurant options. We are also just a short drive to the incredible Florida State Capitol, Cascades Park, and Governor's Square Mall.

Getting Around:
Parking onsite is free but limited in our two car driveway and overflow parking on the neighborhood street.
Public transit stops are also nearby, but car share options like Uber and Lyft are very common in our area.

Interaction with Guests:
As your hosts' we are here for you. This home is shared exclusively with other travelers, but we live nearby so if there is anything you need please do not hesitate to ask. We want to make sure you are comfortable in our home.

The place is in a decent distance from FSU and the price is much cheaper than other hotels in its neighborhood.

I had a very lovely stay and felt right at home. The rooms are spacious, well appointed with huge closets and lots of space to relax in the den, living room, or dining room; and a large kitchen for whipping up some meals with a full size modern fridge and a dishwasher for fast clean up. It’s a great shabby chic makeover of a very quaint property on a hill - lovely original hard wood floors. The bathrooms and kitchen were spotless. I usually go to a hotel but this time I needed a kitchen. I came to visit my family members that are students and to be able to make some home cooked food for them mid semester and give them a holiday feel while they are far away from home. I will do it again - 3 more years to go after this one. The house was near a great Friday & Saturday hand car wash to get the students’ pollen dusted car looking new. Very close to campus, my favorite coffee house and great thrifting stores to grab items I forgot to pack. Highly recommend for those who are not posh and are looking for a laid-back fun stay where the price is right and the bed is comfy. WiFi was included too and very helpful since work never quits.
