This house was centrally located to everything we wanted to do while in this area of Cape Breton. It was quiet and comfortable and we appreciated being able to do laundry. I would recommend it to other travelers.
Cottage was well located near Baddeck, and at the start of the Cabot Trail. It was very well equipped and very comfortable. Only concern was the stairs heading to the basement room ... they were a bit steep for seniors. Otherwise, all was great.

First of the season? Property not quite ready to come out of hibernation. Sure it is a lovely spot in summer.
We loved how close this property was to the Cabot Trail and only 45 minutes from Sydney. It's great for those who want to spend lots of time exploring the Trail. The owner was responsive and helpful
I can’t recommend this place enough, and it most definitely won’t be our last time to visit. We were storm stuck here and Kim went above and beyond to accommodate us and make sure we were comfortable and safe. Again, we will definitely be back and look forward to our next stay. Thank you Kim again.
This house was a good place to stay as we enjoyed the Celtic Colours music festival. Its location made it easy to get to the concerts, and it is minutes from the Cabot Trail. It t had everything we needed, and the owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with.

Enjoyed our stay!
The house was clean and comfortable. Well decorated and an excellent spot to enjoy the scenic drives, including the Cabot Trail. (We did see two moose on that drive.) Kim, the owner, stopped by to check on us, friendly and personable. Had some good suggestions of restaurants and things to do.
Extremely impressed with the washer and dryer :-)

Hi Rose
It was a pleasure meeting you both, So glad you enjoyed your stay in Cape Breton, safe travels for the rest of your journey.
This cottage was in a great location and made it easy to get to any local attractions. There was vehicle noise from the highway which made keeping the windows open challenging. Kim was a very responsive host!

Loved this place. Couple of things I would change: needs more plug ins, really need a bedside lamp in the upstairs bedroom. Otherwise lovely!
Host messaged when house was ready and was quick to respond to any questions. Brand new BBQ on deck which we cooked steak on. Laundry was handy after staying several nights in Halifax. Very handy to Cabot trail. Air-conditioning for those hot days appreciated.
