This Lakehouse is an amazing stay! Very clean, friendly hosts, thoughtful touches, and if you leave the bedroom French doors open when you go to bed, you wake up to dawn over the lake. Lovely!

Host were very friendly and inviting. Apartment is newly renovated and very clean and well organized. The property is very peaceful and relaxing, enjoyed sitting at the warf enjoying the water and wildlife. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Clean and attractively furnished. Terri is a very gracious hostess. It’s easy to find with gps but you wouldn’t want to try without, especially in the dark. It’s a little awkward cleaning the coffee maker and dishes in the bathroom sink, and the tv controls were too complicated for this old man to sort out.

The apartment was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Located on a lake with beautiful views and opportunties for swimming and kayaking, peaceful surroundings, and easy access to the Cabot trail. The hosts were welcoming, easy to communicate with, Terri and Bruce made us feel at home. The small refrigerator, toaster oven, coffee maker and dining set were perfect for our needs to have breakfast at home before venturing out. We appreciated Terri's good communications across the apartment with helpful instructions on how to use the water systems. It was a wonderful, peace-filled stay and we highly recommend the property and the hosts.

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay at Lakeside Baddeck. The setting overlooking the Bras D’Or Lake was beautiful and the space was well appointed and very clean. It had beautiful touches throughout that really suited the setting beside the lake. It was clear that the hosts put a lot of thought into creating a really comfortable and cozy space that had everything we needed. They were really thoughtful and offered great suggestions for things to do and places to go in the area. We particularly enjoyed their suggestion of a great local restaurant for our last night. Lakeside Baddeck was an excellent place to stay and we would be happy to recommend it to others.

Terry was very accommodating and always paid attention to our needs. The views along the lake were beautiful and it is located near Baddeck which is convenient for us if we needed supplies. The place was clean and well organized with a lot of amenities. 10/10 would come back.
