Great location, nice neighborhood. Was quiet and close to everything without being in high traffic area. Price was great and there was everything provided to make our stay comfortable and trouble free. In fact my husband was so impressed he wants to buy a place just like it! Thank you for a lovely stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this cute Cocoa home while waiting to embark on our Star of the Seas  cruise! The property is exactly as pictured—the photos are a perfect match for the clean and cozy space we found upon arrival. The thoughtful snacks and coffee were such a nice touch, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. It was nice to see fans in the rooms. We were especially thankful for the washer and dryer before heading to the port. The location is quiet and peaceful, yet very close to Cocoa Beach. We would definitely stay here again for our next cruise out of Port Canaveral!

My son and I stayed here for two nights on our visit to the Kennedy space center. Everything was beautiful, clean and well kept. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Location was handy to stores and restaurants. The drive to ksc was short and pleasant. Host responded quickly when I had questions. Nice to have a small front porch and a rear deck with fenced in yard.

The house was very nice and clean. We enjoyed our time there and slept well We enjoyed the beach access from Lori Wilson Park and shopping at Cocoa Village. We weren't sure how to adjust the AC so maybe ask the host about that.
