Located less than a mile from Tahoe City, you will love this waterfront complex! It has a small, private beach - great for kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding, or even just lounging. Close to hiking and bike trails, a boat ramp and major ski resorts. The complex has a pool, hot tub, tennis court, volleyball court, outdoor BBQ, and pier. The condo has 4 bedrooms, all with new mattresses and box springs, and sleeps 8 comfortably. It has 3 newly remodeled bathrooms, and 2 beautiful, sunshine-filled outdoor decks. There is also a gas fireplace in the living room, and laundry facilities on site. Free Wifi availible and Smart TV for streaming. Very spacious and comfortable .

The condo is a charming cabin that is perfect for Lake Tahoe. It does need some brighter lightbulbs and one of the long windows in front of the condo cleaned on the outside. The heater worked well and having 3 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms was so nice! The location is excellent. I don’t think they have WiFi. It’s a great accommodation for a family and friends.

Overall experience was excellent! Making reservations, communications, owners response times…. Simple and clear! Location central to Tahoe City, Kings Beach, and Incline/Sand Harbor! Safeway just 3mins away. Lodging was clean and had everything you need. Beds comfortable. Would go back and stay again! Went in July and so the grounds were pleasantly nice to walk thru to beach and pier.

Came to town to ski at Palisades Tahoe. Location was 15 minutes from the resort and very convenient. Condo was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Host was quick to respond and helpful with our questions with navigating the area. Thanks for everything!

The condo was spacious, clean and beautiful. warm and cozy decor.Short walk to the pool, the tennis courts, the private beach and a short drive to Tahoe City.. Mike the host was very responsive to any of our texts.
