Great Property!

The property is exactly as pictured which is great as I have been burned with bait and switch condos in the past. It has everything you need for your stay and the location was perfect for us! Reasonably priced and plenty of room for 2 families with kids.

Great property close to the ski resorts. We had 8 people and it comfortably fit us for the weekend. Jason was easy to communicate with as well.

Property matched the photos and was a great space to accommodate our group of 8 adults. With separate rooms, everyone was able to sleep and rest comfortably. We had an issue the first night with hot water running out after 2 people had showered; the hot water supply was still not replenished a few hours later.I contacted the host the next morning and he sent a plumber that evening to replace the entire water heater unit. Thanks to this quick response, we were able to take hot showers that night.

Good location, great property owner, could change a few things

Jason was great and responded really quickly anytime I had a question. The place itself is nice and is remodeled. One major issue for us was cleanliness. It seemed as though the place wasn’t really cleaned before our stay. For example, rugs still had bits and pieces on them, some items in the kitchen weren’t cleaned properly, and all of the bed linens, especially the ones in the triple bed room, seemed as though they weren’t cleaned. I’m not sure if the cleaning agency is actually doing a thorough job. Other than this, the only other issue we encountered was with the wifi—it cut off several times and the first time, I turned everything off and back on and it seemed to work. The second time however, it just didn’t work. Overall, nice property in a quiet location. The neighborhood itself is great and the back patio is great for dining and breakfast. I would recommend others to stay here with the caveat that you might not find everything really clean.

I'm sorry to hear you had issues during your stay. The only one I was aware of and that you contacted me about, was the initial wifi issue. We resolved that and you confirmed it was working after the restart. I never heard about the cleaning concerns or the wifi going out again. I would have been happy and quick to resolve those issues had I known. I am thankful for your stay and I'm sorry that you had those issues. We will look into the wifi equipment and upgrade as needed.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was perfect for our large family, with plenty of space for everyone to spread out while still having great areas to gather together. The location was fantastic, and we especially loved having easy access to the pool and hot tub. The home was very clean, well maintained, and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to other families!

Modern Delight w/ Comfortable Beds

This is the nicest home we've rented in North Lake Tahoe. It feels like living in an IKEA showroom. Everything is modern and clean, the bedding is great and the beds are COMFORTABLE (so hard to find in rentals)! 3 tennis courts and 3 pickleball courts are recently resurfaced and are in great condition. Both pools were nice. Great location, walking distance to incredible bakery for breakfast and lunch. We will definitely rent again.

Convenient location and great communication with owner.

The location was exactly as described. Walking distance to beach area was nice. The condo was a perfect size for 7 of us. Jason responsed quickly with any questions we had and provided all information in a timely manner. The cleaning crew may need to put a little more attention on a couple things...floors and linens...but there was a washer/dryer which was very convenient. Overall a positive stay with great communication.
