Just a few blocks from the all the action in the heart of downtown St Pete near parks, restaurants, shops, gyms, the St. Pete Pier, downtown and the Bay all an easy walk away. Equipped with everything you need for a short term or long term stay - an office desk, fast wifi, shared coin-operated laundry on premises and same day wash/dry/fold laundry nearby and a fully stocked kitchen.

When you walk in you will be welcomed with a cozy living room including a smart TV and bluetooth shower speaker. To the right are two bedrooms, each with high end matresses and pillows for the best quality sleep. The first bedroom has a queen bed and the other a full bed. Each bedroom has a dresser and closet. To the left is a bathroom with a huge shower and bluetooth speaker. The kitchen, in the back of the apartment, has everything you need for a short term stay including a 2 burner cooktop, a normal-sized fridge, coffee and tea pot, a convection micorwave, toaster oven, and open shelving with everything to cook a basic meal.

You have access to the entire apartment. Your unit will have a combo lock box.
You can access the property from the front of the home or the back ally, which is recommended since there is a dedicated parking spot for one vehicle. Additional free street parking on the street. There is a small common area with an open pergola, grill, outdoor seating and bistro lights.

Located in the heart of amazing Downtown St Petersburg - voted consistently as one of the best places to live in America! Only 5 blocks from bustling Central Ave, in Historic Old Northeast, 8 blocks to the pristine waters of St Pete Pier and the iconic Vinoy Hotel. Minutes walk from all the top food and beverages, museums and entertainment. If you are a Rays fan, Tropicana is walking distance as are 3 major hospitals and manor employers if you are visiting for work.

Our units are in a no flood zone and have never had flood and wind damage. we have never be evacuated - flood safe with safe parking

Great stay! Very friendly hosts who graciously allowed me to check in a little early due to my flight schedule. The apartment is very well-located walking distance to most of downtown St. Pete's. The dedicated parking space was very much appreciated. Beds were comfortable and plenty of space for a short stay. There is significant street noise due to the urban location, but the owners are clearly aware of that since there are white noise machines provided in the bedrooms. Water pressure was a little weak but no big deal at all.

We enjoyed our 10-night stay and would consider staying again now that we know what to expect. The location is the biggest selling point. It’s an easy walk to the waterfront, downtown, and great coffee shops, while only a 5–10 minute drive to Central Ave. The apartment comfortably accommodated two adults and dogs. We appreciated the comfortable beds, closets in both bedrooms, desk, white noise machines, USB outlets, large fridge, Brita pitcher, and easy checkout process (trash and strip beds). The upstairs patio is a nice bonus (though too hot to enjoy in June). We also saw the on-site maintenance staff and housekeeper regularly, and they were always friendly and helpful. The host was responsive, quickly sending someone over when our A/C remote needed new batteries and checking in during our stay.A few things would be helpful to disclose or improve. The unit is upstairs, which wasn’t obvious in the listing and may matter to guests with pets or mobility concerns. The shared hallway keypad was broken during our stay, and the hallway isn’t air-conditioned. The apartment uses a mini-split and window A/C units rather than central air. Kitchen stools also very wobbly. Parking and unloading were frustrating. There isn’t a convenient place to unload directly at the unit, so we had to roll our luggage across gravel and uneven pavers and constantly move a second car. Overall, the location and thoughtful amenities outweighed the negatives, and we’d happily stay again.
