Located in Newark, enjoy this Music Themed 3-bedroom 2 bath house & all it has to offer. With a king bed, queen bed, and full bed, guests can relax in this cool and welcoming space. Kitchen equipment and ready to enjoy as well as stocked station for our coffee & tea lover The 2 bathrooms come equipped with towels and personal care items ensuring a worry free experience. Enjoy all that Newark has to offer when you stay at our place.close to it all. Highway less then 2 mins away, about 5 minutes to grocery store and downtown. Hospital is about 4 minutes away, It is located on dead end street that is quite and has a large privacy fenced back yard with outdoor space featuring covered eating area , both sit up and lay down hammocks

We live in the same neighborhood and have since 2006 it’s close to everything Highways, stores, restaurants it’s quiet, peaceful, safe.
What makes this property unique
A unique music theme, a deadend street not a lot of traffic yet close to everything. A large backyard with basketball soccer volleyball, a playground for children a pergola with hammocks to relax a relaxed home away from home feel with all the amenities as you need plus a little extra.
