Bright & airy oceanfront condo with pool, huge balcony, washer/dryer & AC

This lovely condo is just the place to stage a relaxing beach getaway with the people you love. You will be swept away by the gorgeous panoramic ocean views upon entry. Your oceanfront balcony invites you out to the tranquil sounds of the waves crashing on the beach and the fresh scent of the ocean air.

The entry-level offers a beautiful kitchen, an oceanfront dining area, an expansive living area, a powder room, and a full-size washer/dryer. The balcony off the living room offers terrific sunrises with your morning coffee. The bedrooms are located upstairs, each with an en suite bathroom. The primary bedroom covers the entire oceanfront of the second floor with breathtaking views of the sunrise.

Things to Know
Be sure to check out the newly added Pickleball Court!
There is some repair work being done on the outside of the building. There will be a lift located on the east side of the building. Expected completion is the end of summer 2025.
Trailers and motorcycles are prohibited in this community.
Late August through September there will be cranes and other work equipment around the building and in the parking area as the association completes some repairs on the buildings exterior. There will still be ample parking available

Perfect condo

This condo was perfect! It was very clean, close to the beach, plenty of room, and great views! We couldn’t have been more pleased! We rented a golf cart and explored the island! Would highly recommend staying here.

Clean and adorable

The weather was terrible so we were indoors more than anticipated. This 2 story condo was great because it was well appointed, very clean, and spacious enough for me and my 2 kids. It made our stay much more enjoyable! Im thinking about booking it again soon.

The location was close to the beach and pool and the views from all windows, downstairs and upstairs, were fabulous! Our daughter flew in from out of state, and the shuttle from Jacksonville to the condo was only 30 minutes and the driver was super friendly! If you are looking for great seafood, there are so many wonderful restaurants in the surrounding area. We would definitely recommend this property and hope to return next year!

VERY Disappointed

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to AIP for the past 20+ years. We have loved each stay. However, this condo (it’s a penthouse but doesn’t deserve that name) was a complete disappointment. Never again. Most of the doors don’t completely close, the lighting is insufficient (that is if the bulbs are actually working) and the master bath looks like it probably did when it was originally built in the 1980’s. To say we overpaid for this is an understatement. Truly disappointed and it should not be marketed as a penthouse, and charging as one is not ok. There are nicer balconies on 2-bedroom units.
