Welcome to The Emhardt! We are thrilled to have you stay with us. I grew up in Indiana and I love being a hostess in our great city! Indianapolis is wonderful vibrant city with so much to explore!

Why they chose this property

The historic Emhardt was once a private hospital. It was fully converted to a private multi-family building with only 14 units total including a penthouse. We love the Bates Hendricks neighborhood that was made famous from the HGTV show Good Bones. The neighbors are all very active within the community! It even has it's own ice cream store, coffee and community house, & a speakeasy all within walking distance.

It is also very close to many large venues in Indianapolis!
