Spacious, stylish, and perfectly located—this large basement apartment offers comfort and luxury across from a peaceful park. Enjoy a king-size bed, nice furnishings, a fully equipped kitchenette, tub in bathroom, and private entrance. Explore scenic neighborhood walking trails or stroll to a nearby coffee shop just minutes away. With 950 sq ft of space, fast Wi-Fi, in-suite laundry, and free parking, this spacious basement is ideal for couples, small families, solo travelers or remote workers.

This is our home basement - some noise from upstairs is to be expected. However, we keep "quiet hours" from 9p-7a. Photo with Queen bed shows optional location; bed is mobile and will be setup upon request. We hav e a foam fold out twin mattress if that's preferred for kids.

The apartment truly felt like a home away from home. It was very clean, thoughtfully designed, and matched the listing photos and description perfectly. Since it is a basement apartment, it can get a little chilly at night. However, the hosts provided plenty of blankets and two space heaters, which made the space very comfortable during our stay. The host was also very communicative and responsive throughout our trip. We had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend it to others.

Awesome. Host communicated very well and the kitchen was very well equipped for its size. Washer and dryer were awesome too have and location was close to a great coffee shop and park.

This is a very comfortable and attractive apartment with plenty of living space. Private entrance, thoughtful amenities, located in a nice neighborhood, responsive host--we'd definitely stay here again.Because this is in the basement of a family home, there is the same level of sound you might have in a hotel or apartment building. And because we were there during unpredictable spring weather, slippers and sweaters were helpful along with the additional heating units provided by the host.The only surprise we had was the pleasant one of discovering this listing at what I thought was on the low end of reasonable cost. It was much cheaper than a hotel would've been, with so much more space and access to a neighborhood park. Highly recommended!

Why they chose this property

Our neighborhood is amazing. It's not uncommon to have deer strolling through in the morning or at dusk. We're directly across from a large beautiful park and we have 2 open spaces in the neighborhood as well as lots of hiking trails (in addition to the sidewalks). Very centrally located. Walgreens, Liquor store, and Coffee Shop are within walking distance. Five minutes to Powers Blvd which takes you N/S along the East side of town. Two grocery stores within 5 minutes.

What makes this property unique

It's NEW and it's large! Especially for a 1-bedroom. At just under 1,000 sq/ft we have 2 living spaces, a full-size desk and dining table, a sectional sofa, a separate sitting space, and still plenty of room to setup a second bed (Queen). But the park across the street (where all the neighborhood kids play) makes our place ideal for families. It's also a very safe neighborhood!
