Welcome to this enchanting home in a perfect Lawrence location. Close to the KU campus, downtown Lawrence, Clinton Lake, Rock Chalk Park Soccer Stadium, as well as many restaurants and stores.
This terrific property offers plenty of space for guests to have a great time but also showcases outstanding amenities to relax and unwind. The home’s interior is very spacious and meticulously maintained.
The main floor includes a large living area, with a fireplace connecting to a beautiful kitchen with sleek granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances as well as an exquisite dining room perfect for hosting a dinner party. The highlight of the main floor is a peaceful library perfect for an afternoon nap or a quiet place to catch up on your current books.
On the top floor you will find 4 bedrooms, 3 of which have very comfortable king size beds, and one room with a set of bunk beds. An office and a sitting area connect to the main bedroom for a place to catch up on work or relax and watch TV before bed.
Entertainment is at the forefront on the bottom floor. A media room, with an 80 inch TV and surround sound is a perfect place to watch the big game or have a relaxing movie night on the large sectional sofa.
The basement floor walks out to an incredible pool scene, with dining under a pergola, a 6 person hot tub for the winter nights and a beautiful pool with lounge chairs, umbrellas, etc. to enjoy in the summer days. This home is a perfect abode for families looking for a luxurious but also fun stay in the Lawrence area.

Clark is an amazing host. The house was perfect for our family gathering. Lots of room and excellent outdoor space. We hope this house is available on our next visit to Lawrence.

My family and I have lived in Lawrence for the past 10 years, We love this community so much, and enjoy everything Lawrence has to offer. Besides our daily life in Lawrence, we love to travel the world, especially Europe, but also enjoy ski trips and beach vacations when we can find the time.

Why they chose this property

This house is in a perfect location. Just 2 miles to KU Campus and 2.5 miles to downtown Lawrence. The neighborhood also has its own restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance as well as a very short drive to multiple grocery stores and many other restaurants.

What makes this property unique

This house is like something you might find in the south of France in the summer or ski chateau in the winter and everything in between. It has so much character and is an extremely comfortable and enjoyable stay.
