Hello Janelle, thank you for your feedback. We’re glad we were able to accommodate an early check-in for your stay. We sincerely apologize for the pool condition upon arrival. Unfortunately, an unexpected algae issue developed right before check-in, and we had the pool service come out as quickly as possible to address it. We understand the disappointment of not being able to enjoy the pool the first evening, especially for the kids. We also take cleanliness concerns very seriously. Regarding the insects mentioned, those were not cockroaches, but palmetto bugs, which are unfortunately common in Florida’s climate, especially during warmer seasons. The home is on a regular pest control schedule, and our pest control company was notified and actively addressed the issue immediately. Regarding the pond, water levels can vary seasonally depending on weather conditions and are outside of our control. We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving the guest experience.
