Host very accommodating and communicative. The hot tub was a fantastic delight that we enjoyed all weekend. And the new grill was awesome. Great experience will do again.

Very nice property. Not the blah cookie cutter dreck you see in too many VRBOs, ie word art & similar soulless decor. Comfortable but quirky, thoroughly enjoyed. Host kindly accommodated our requests for ever-increasing numbers of guests.

This home is lovely and ideal for hosting a family gathering. We booked for a Pacific University graduation celebration. VERY comfortable kitchen, living room, bathrooms, and deck areas on the first floor for hosting grandparents, parents, extended family, the graduates and a few of their friends. EXTREMELY well accommodated kitchen for hosting a large group. I thought I was going to need to go purchase cheap trays/serving dishes for our event - this kitchen has VERY NICE serving bowls, trays, disposable utensils....basically, the works! My husband and I stayed 3 extra nights for some R&R to enjoy the property and surrounding area. There is a particularly cozy seat in the dining area with windows to view the entire backyard. It was a joy to see and hear the birds - especially the blue jays and quail - while waking up each morning. SO RELAXING. I even got to watch a coyote make their rounds one evening and two mornings. The house is large and quiet - someone can sleep-in (or take a nap) upstairs in complete comfort without worry about being disturbed by an early-bird. Great location to visit wineries. Several nature walks are within 10-15 minutes. You can't go wrong booking this home for either a family gathering or a quiet, couples get-away. We highly recommend this home. Have Fun!
