Watch the waves break over the world’s second-longest barrier reef from every room in the house, the pool, pier or patios. Walk barefoot down the white sand beach to the edge of the ocean. Swim in the pool or ocean the water temperature is nice year round.

This fully renovated 3-bedroom beachfront retreat offers pristine white-sand beaches, vibrant local art in every room, and brand-new furnishings for a fresh, elegant feel. Your dedicated staff, including housekeeping and a chef, ensures every moment is effortless—whether you’re savoring fresh-caught seafood, snorkeling along the reef, or simply relaxing to the rhythm of the waves. A perfect blend of luxury, natural beauty, and personalized service for your ultimate island escape.

The house includes chef, concierge, cleaning staff, 2 paddle boards, 2 kayaks, floats, fishing equipment, yeti cups, coolers and much more.

We do have have a 34' custom built boat with Captain and deck hand that is available for additional charge. It's part of our "Rock Star Package".

Hi, we’re Floyd & Debbie! We’ve been in love with Belize—and sharing it with guests—for over a decade. We started with condos that earned top ratings year after year, but in 2024 we decided to go all in and buy our dream home right on the beach.

We’re travelers ourselves, so we know how much great service matters. That’s why we decided to include our chef and well trained staff with your rental. We also have a boat and captain that is not included with this rental but we do have packages that can be purchased for an additional fee. Debbie has a gift for decorating—she starts with an “unlimited” budget and somehow breaks it halfway through—so our home is as stylish as it is comfortable. She also co-founded the island’s orphanage, which is close to our hearts.

Houston might be home, but Belize is our happy place—and we love helping it become yours too.
