This beautiful 3250 Sq Ft home 3 bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, plus a den. The upstairs loft has a leather reclining sectional. The master bedroom features a private bathroom with separate shower, 1 king bedroom set and a huge walk-in closet. 2 good size bedrooms with two queen size bedrooms set. Downstair dent has a comfortable futon. The great family room has 2 sofas one with a queen sleeper memory foam mattress. We have a beautiful entertainment center with Xbox console and Kinect with lots of great games. The backyard has a private patio with table, and chairs. Our home has a beautiful open floor plan with HUGE kitchen and dining area. The kitchen has beautiful granite counter tops, and FULL USE of kitchen, pots & pans, utensils, coffee maker, microwave, waffle maker, blender. Side by Side refrigerator for large groups. In the heart of Las Vegas designed for your every need! QUIET, residential home. Just minutes to the 215 or I-15, Airport 10 min, 5 min to South point and M Casino/south end strip, Albertsons, Target, Fast Food, 24 hour Subway Sandwich Shop. very clean property. good outside space. very large common area which is great for large parties. my only challenge was having all the pillows be large and firm - took its toll on my neck and i felt like i could've slept better if there were more pillow options. otherwise the place was great.

Amazing home!

We had a wonderful time with our group of friends staying in this beautiful home. Check in process was so easy and the owner was very responsive with any questions we had. I would highly recommend this home for larger groups/families that want a place in a quiet area but close enough to the Las Vegas strip. The home had all the amenities needed for our 3 night stay. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook homemade meals and there more than enough towels and blankets for our group. Excellent property and will definitely rebook in the future!

We had a great stay here!!! It was big beautiful and lots of space. There were 7 of us here for about 1 week. It had everything we needed. It was well decorated and the beds/pillows were super comfy. We loved this place and would definitely rent again if we ever come to Vegas. Loved that there was a rice cooker because we’re Asian and gotta have our rice. Lol. Loved that they laid out 7 house slippers for the 7 of us. Thanks Ngoc for everything. Definitely recommend this place. It’s a little further south but only takes about 15-20 mins to get to the strip.

Great for large family gathering

This home is beautiful inside and has a nice patio with BBQ in the backyard. Perfect for a large family gathering. The kitchen is always a gathering spot for us and there was plenty of room for everyone to hang out together. Being the first rental, there were a couple of items missing but the owner was quick to correct it. We would definitely rent this house again!
