Tailor-made for the perfect getaway! This nicely appointed 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa is nestled in one of the island’s most desirable plantations, featuring a private community gate with direct access to Ibis Rd that leads straight to the beach 1 1/2 blocks away.

The villa offers everything you need to dine in, with plenty of seating at the dining table or the option to take your meal outdoors on the deck overlooking the golf course. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings while taking in the Lowcountry views.

Within the community, you’ll find two beautiful heated pools, pickleball and tennis courts, gas grill stations, and relaxing swings perfect for unwinding and enjoying the quiet. Pack your bags, bring a few extras, and enjoy your vacation — whether you’re biking to the beach or Coligny Plaza, or simply cruising through Shipyard to spot local wildlife. You’ll be just minutes from some of Hilton Head’s best restaurants, shops, and nightlife.

Shipyard’s location is ideal for exploring all the island has to offer. Visit nearby Harbour Town or South Beach Marina in Sea Pines, head to Shelter Cove for waterfront dining and entertainment, or hop on the Cross Island Parkway to discover local hot spots on the north end. Spend the day venturing through Pinckney Island National Wildlife Refuge or continue on to Old Town Bluffton, where charm, history, and Southern hospitality await.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Management office will provide check out instructions; keys need to be returned to box located in entry at large pool upon exiting
Leave all sheets & towels in a pile near front door
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Absolutely no pets - $1000 fine

My husband & I love the island and try to get there as often as we can. We were married on the beach steps away from our villa and couldn't have imagined a better place to wed! We live in Tennessee now so it is a bit further to drive, but we still do make it happen. We love our villa and we cannot use all of the 13 weeks we own, so we wanted to share it with others at an affordable price so everyone can have a lovely vacation on the island and create magical memories for themselves.

Why they chose this property

We chose this neighborhood because it offered a private gate to easy beach access while other communities in the plantation didn't have this feature. BQ also offers 2 pools, bbq areas, quiet spots and it's on the south end of the island so riding a bike to favorite spots is easy!

What makes this property unique

We have a nice quiet spot at the back of the community. You can sit on the back deck & enjoy a little bit of the golf course while still having privacy for cozy evenings.
