This bright two-bedroom oceanfront condo in the much coveted resort of Villa Capriani on North Topsail beach offers a spacious living area, a well-appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a balcony from which you can admire a truly magnificent view of the ocean.
A step through the glass french doors to the balcony off the living area will offer you a spectacular view of three enormous swimming pools, one with a waterfall, hot tubs, and a kiddie pool, all nestled within massive swaying palm trees in true resort fashion. Slightly beyond the grand sundecks, you will see the sparkling ocean.
If serenity is what you seek, sit on the furniture on your private balcony to watch the sun rise. You may also walk out to the beach with your morning coffee to see the day begin if you wish. With a close look, you will see dolphins peacefully swimming by.
Prepare a meal at the shared grill picnic area or in your well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar seating. After your meal, walk to the pool area and enjoy a dip in the water, warm yourself in one of the hot tubs, or relax with your favorite novel on one of the many lounge chairs that surround the pools.
Return home where comfort abounds. Gather in the living room and sink into the sofa for a night of board games or a movie. Then, retire for a restful night's sleep in the beautifully outfitted bedrooms.

Nice room, great condominium resort
Loved fully stocked kitchen, sectional couch, bunk beds and cleanliness of this room. We enjoyed eating delicious food and listening to live music at the restaurant located within the condominium resort. Our family spent our time between the three pools, two hot tubs and the ocean and made lots of memories!

The pools and hot tubs were good to have . Beach access from pool deck. Great view from the deck and master. Good restaurant with good service on the property. Walkable Restaurant at the pier for coffee and breakfast. Close to grocery stores and shops. Lovely place.

Beware of Lilly Pad 412-A
The unit is overall very rundown and dirty with a serious roach problem. The location of the unit is great but that’s about all. Would not recommend renting till it’s thoroughly cleaned, items fixed and has had professional exterminators get rid of the roaches.

Loved the view from room. Kitchen was nice. Room could use. Good cleaning. Carpets were disgusting. Showers were dirty sweeper wasnt even ran crumbs all over carpet.

Condo was awful, outdoor amenities were good
Not only was the place filthy upon arrival, there were roaches scurrying around the entire stay. Additionally, bathroom floor tiles were broken, there was no hot water in the master bathroom shower, no comforters on any of the beds, the vacuum cleaner was broken, and 4 of the closet doors were hanging from their hinges. Overall, the condition of the condo was in very bad shape and the photos were extremely deceiving. The outdoor condo amenities (pools, hot tubs, and beach front access) were nice.

What an excellent time! The condo had a small space just inside the door to store all of our beach items before going up the carpeted steps into a spacious home! There was plenty of room for all of our family members and belongings without feeling cramped. The view from the balcony was gorgeous and just listening to the waves was so relaxing! We fully enjoyed such easy access to all three pools, two hot tubs, and the beach! Communication with the property managers was prompt and helpful. This was our favorite location of all the places we have ever stayed. We will certainly return!

Highly recommended!
Great location to see the beach, ocean and pool area from the balcony. Elevator on this side of the building was out all week. Had to go up 4 flights of stairs multiple times a day. Not the fault of Vacasa or the homeowner though. Otherwise, no complaints except the carpet needed cleaned. Otherwise, very nice condo. Would book it again.

Nice but dated condo.
We love Villa Capriani because of the amenities. This condo is a little dated, but we didn't come to the beach to sit on a brand new couch, so no problem for us. The thing you should know is if you have a difficult time negotiating a flight of stairs, you don't want a 4th floor condo. We weren't expecting it, but again, we had no problem with it, we just weren't expecting it. Overall we had a great 9 days in Topsail!!!

This condo was a disappointment from beginning to end. Had it not been for the outdoor amenities, we would have found a nearby hotel to stay at. Not only were there roaches scurrying around daily, the condition of the condo was in terrible shape. We arrived to filthy conditions, numerous floor tiles in the bathrooms were broken or missing, there was no hot water in the primary bathroom, moldy shower curtains in the other bathroom, the vacuum cleaner was broken, the carpets were filthy, none of the beds had comforters (only sheets), and 4 of the closet doors were broken and hanging from the hinges. We have stayed in many homes and condos, some we loved and some we didn’t like as much. This should not be rented until it is upgraded.

Condo was visibly dirty upon arrival. Condo was infested with German cockroaches. Within the first couple hours, we reached out to the rental company, voicing our concerns. We unfortunately had to cut our vacation short and leave after only two days due to the unsanitary living conditions within the condo. The rental company offered yo bring pest control on the day we would be checking out. Unfortunately that was not a reasonable solution. We were not offered any solution to the problem. It was a total disaster for our family. This condo needs to be totally renovated once they fix the roach infestation problem.

First day we arrived, a roach was on the door and ran too quickly for us to recognize what it was. That night, more came out from various sizes! We contacted everyone possible to let them know, and asked for a refund to go somewhere else. Refund was denied!!! So we had to spend the rest of our vacation in a roach infested room!! They claimed pest control was going to come and we had to wait in our room from 9am-12pm for no one to show up…the only thing they done for us was give us a half empty can of roach killer spray!!!! I’m so furious!!! The roaches were crawling on our food on the countertop! Absolutely disgusting and so disappointed!!

Horrible experience
The room was big and had a beautiful view. That was about the only positive thing about it. The keys to our room we’re not in the lock box. So after an hour we finally had someone find them. When we got to the room it smelled horrendous like rotten fish. The room was filthy crumbs and dirt everywhere. A bag full of soaking wet dirty towels were still in the room. Someone had also used the bathroom and definitely didn’t flush. The shower curtain was covered in mold. Therefore indicating the room definitely had not been cleaned before we got there. There was also no soap or toilet paper. Then Saturday the toilet randomly began overflowing. They were quick to come out and fix that issue along with the mold shower curtain. Also there was only 4 wristbands for the pool when there’s supposed to be 7. We found 1 of them under the couch while looking for my sons shoe and the other one was in a whiskey glass making a total of 6 now. The room is supposed to have wifi but we were never given the password to it. We attempted to use the condominiums guest wifi but it wouldn’t work. So none of the 3 TVs were able to be used. Plus the remotes had no batteries. I’m not one to complain but I had a terrible experience. I have never had an experience like this.
