It was extremely hot at night. I feel like they should have window units for AC.. or something to provide cool air.

I think the bathrooms need to be cleaned a little bit better there’s black mold in the showers and around the windows in the showers. Those can be wiped down with a little bit of elbow scrubbing also the door handles and around the door.This is probably a great place for little kids and teenagers cause they can’t destroy much this. Home was probably built in the 40s. I’m assuming with the piping that I see on the first floor. If you’re going to have filters for the coffee pot, please get the correct filters cause the ones that are here are not correct. Personally I spent my time out on the front deck, which has a beautiful small view of the lake between the trees, very comfortable with the chairs and having the umbrellas for shade later in the day. The living room furniture is a little low for old people to get out of might want to notate that on the Rental agreement.

This home is big, lots of beds, but is very dated. The pictures show a wonderful home nice beds and a well kept home. I rented a couple of homes and this was the most dated home, it starts with the flimsy front door and the carpet on the stairs. There are better properties in the same location for the price.
