The Space:
Situated just minutes away from Skylandia Beach and Tahoe City, this spacious and charming retreat is the perfect home for your mountain getaway! The open and social layout of the home is great for large groups, providing plenty of space for everyone to spread out in comfort. After a day full of fun adventures, you will love returning to the home to relax with your group by the fire or out on the large deck where you can enjoy views over Lake Tahoe!

As you step inside the home, you will first come to a tiled entryway where you will find a bench as well as plenty of coat hooks to hang your outdoor gear. Directly ahead of the entryway is the open kitchen/dining/living room where you will find beautiful finishes from exposed wood beams, lovely cabinetry, and soaring windows providing impressive views. In the living room, you will find a plush sectional and a chair situated around the mounted TV, and a stone hearth fireplace. From the living room, you can step out onto the spacious upper deck, where you can enjoy the lake views while you relax at one of the three different outdoor tables.

Back inside, you will find the kitchen and dining area connected to the living room, so you can continue your conversations while preparing a meal for your group. The fully equipped kitchen will have all you need to prepare meals for a large group with stainless steel appliances including two ovens, spacious counters for meal prep, and a kitchen bar with seating for four. On the other side of the kitchen bar is the dining table, so you can easily bring hot dishes straight to the table for a family-style meal with your group. Just off the kitchen is a half bathroom for shared use.

When you are ready to settle in for the night, you will find 6 comfortable bedrooms spread throughout the home. All of the bedrooms feature plush carpeting and mounted TVs for added comfort. The first of the 6 bedrooms is down the hall from the kitchen on the main floor. This inviting master suite is made for comfort with a king-size bed, large closet space, access to a private balcony, and an attached bathroom. Freshen up before bed in the attached bathroom, which includes a single-sink vanity with ample under-the-sink storage space and a walk-in shower with a glass door.

Make your way up the stairs where you will find two more bedrooms as well as a loft. The entire upper floor has an added charm to it, with high vaulted ceilings and exposed wood beams. When you arrive at the upper floor you will first come to the loft, a space that is perfect for entertaining with a pool table, several seating options, and a wet bar. On either side of the loft, you will find a bedroom, providing a good separation of space for additional privacy. The first bedroom is perfect for sharing with three twin trundle beds providing plenty of room for up to 6 to sleep comfortably. This room will be the place to be for the kids/teenagers in your group! Rounding out the bedroom is floor chairs and an attached bathroom with a step-in shower. The second bedroom boasts a king-size bed, a reading chair, and an attached bathroom with a single-sink vanity and a step-in shower.

Down on the basement level of the home, you will find the remaining three bedrooms as well as access to the lower outdoor space which includes a private hot tub and a deck. You will love stepping out in the fresh mountain air and easing sore muscles in the hot tub after a day full of activity! The first bedroom in the basement is considered a second master suite with a king-size bed, bright windows all around filling the space with natural light, and an attached bathroom with a single-sink vanity and a step-in shower. The second bedroom is a cozy space with a full-size bed, a dresser, and closet space. An additional full bathroom with a double-sink vanity and a step-in shower is located in the basement. The third bedroom is a spacious room with two queen-size beds and a full bathroom with a single-sink vanity and a separate shower stall and a soaking tub. From this room, you can step out the sliding glass doors onto the lower-level deck, providing quick access to the hot tub. The basement also includes a laundry closet with a full-size washer and dryer for guest use.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home and outdoor spaces, which include a private hot tub. Guests will also have access to 4 parking places in the driveway and garage of the home.

The Neighborhood:
For those looking to fully enjoy everything North Lake Tahoe has to offer, you couldn’t choose a better place to stay! Centrally located near the city, beaches, and mountains, whatever type of adventure you are after, this home will have you near it all! Just under three miles from Tahoe City, this home places you a less than a mile walk from the beautiful and sandy Bristlecone Beach and Skylandia Beach, both offering amenities such as BBQ areas and walking trails to have a family fun day in the sun. Or, head down the street where you can access a bike path that can take you for a nice stroll in the woods or all the way down the west shore to the famous Meeks Bay. In the winter months, you are only 15 minutes from Palisades Tahoe ski resorts, 20 minutes from Northstar ski resort, and less than 5 minutes from the Tahoe City Nordic Center where you can XC ski and snowshoe. If a little less outdoor adventure is what you're looking for, you are only a few miles from the cute town of Tahoe City where you will find grocery stores, a wide variety of places to eat, cute boutique shops, a movie theater, a beachfront park, farmers market, and live music. This charming place has everything you need to enjoy a North Lake Tahoe Vacation!

Getting Around:
Centrally located just off HWY 28 and within walking distance of a public transportation stop, you can get by without having a vehicle if needed. Less than half a mile walk from the home will take you to the public transportation TART stop at HWY 28 at Old Mill RD on the Mainline route which runs along the entire western shore of Lake Tahoe from Tahoma to the north shore at Incline Village. Or make use of being just six minutes from Tahoe City and connect to one of the many bus lines there taking you to locations such as Northstar California Resort or Olympic Valley. The home’s central location places you within quick access to the main highway, so you can enjoy the many beautiful surrounding areas within a 25-minute drive or less! In the winter hit the ski slopes at Northstar Ski Resort or Palisades Tahoe Ski Resorts, both under a 20-minute drive away, or make a less than 5-minute drive to the Tahoe City Nordic center where you can XC ski. In the summertime, you are within a short drive, and even walking distance, to several beaches such as Bristlecone Beach and Skylandia.

Tahoe has many taxi companies, and seasonally UBER and Lyft.

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.
