The property was impeccably clean. New state-of-the-art appliances. Nice furnishings. Comfortable beds. Great location near pool, hot tub and tennis/pickleball courts. Parking right in from of the unit for two cars, and additional parking just behind is a big plusThe only drawback was that the common (living room) has limited seating. There is a nice deck with a big dining table, but that would not be ideal in cold weather.

An oasis in North Tahoe

Two families with teenage kids really enjoyed a 4 day vacation in the bluebird day retreat. The condo is newly remodeled and has every technology and culinary upgrade to make your stay comfortable. The kids enjoyed time walking to the beach, playing tennis and enjoying the pool. The condo is also walking distance to sugar pine bakery which is a delicious way to start your morning. The beds are comfortable - we all slept well as it was extremely quiet. We enjoyed meals on the balcony and the new grill. Location of the condo is perfect for enjoying Tahoe city, Palisades, Incline Village and Emerald Bay. Highly recommend!

We love to travel and explore new places as a family of 6. Because of our love of skiing and snowboarding, North Lake Tahoe was always a must for us and purchasing a home here allows us to spend time together with our family and loved ones.

Why they chose this property

We chose this condo because of the great location to several ski mountains, as well as it's proximity to Lake Tahoe. The amenities are top notch where we are only steps away from the community pool, hot tub and tennis courts.

What makes this property unique

We installed modern conveniences that we love to enjoy on those apres-ski days or after a day full of adventure. These include Steam Shower in main bathroom, Toto Bidet and Heated Floors in Master Ensuite bathroom.
