Newly renovated 2 bedroom condo with the best views on the Island! The condo overlooks the beautiful white sands of the Gulf of Mexico and is directly next to Lover's Key. The water view is breathtaking. Enjoy amazing sunrises and fabulous sunsets on one of the two lanais where you can sip your morning beverages and enjoy your cocktails at night in the moonlight shining into the beautiful Gulf!

This is a newly updated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo at Carlos Pointe Beach Club. Located at the southern end of Estero Island where you can enjoy a relaxing vacation. The resort amenities include a gorgeous heated pool, large sun tanning area with ample lounge chairs or sit in the shaded picnic area with plenty of tables. The common room overlooks one of the best and biggest white sandy beaches.

You can't beat the great views of the Gulf and Lovers Key State Park right adjacent to the Beach Club. Don't forget about all the great water activities to enjoy including fishing, dolphin watching and all sorts of water sports. There's some of the best shell collecting right next door at Lover's Key. This rents weekly as well as monthly!

Estero Island has numerous restaurants and night life for your choosing. Water activities abound, with fishing charters, scuba and snorkel adventures, jet ski rentals, parasailing and other close by things to do.

Fort Myers, Bonita Springs and Naples are all modern cities with plenty of shopping, dining and sightseeing to experience. The South West International Airport in Fort Myers is close by for convenience as well.

We had the best week! Our room was clean and had everything we could have possibly needed. Full kitchen with all appliances and utensils. The washer and dryer was so handy after the beach and pool. The pool was great for our kids and they especially loved the rec room with ping pong. Very family friendly. Hoping to come back!

Very nice condo. Adequate towels and kitchen items. Pool area very nice with lots of chaise lounge chairs. I gave 4 stars on cleanliness as the fans needed cleaning - very dusty and having dust allergies, I did not turn them on. Other than that, our stay was great. The concierge service was very responsive. We needed a rug and comforter replaced and new ones were delivered. We were happy to see the beach chairs, pool noodles, beach umbrella, and cart to take items out to the beach. We liked staying on the south end of Ft Myers beach. There were no more than 10 people on the beach each day so no crowds to deal with.

Relaxing stay in Fort Myers Beach

We had an amazing stay (two adults and two 12-year-olds) and would highly recommend both the property and the host company! The condo building is located at the very south end of the island, and offers a large beach that feels peaceful and uncrowded. It's perfect if you're looking for a quieter location. It's a couple minutes' drive from Lovers Key State Park, about 3 miles from Publix, and roughly 6 miles from Times Square if you're looking for more restaurants and shopping. The pool area was clean, well-maintained, and a great place to relax. The chairs were comfortable and there were plenty to go around. The staff at the condo facility were friendly and helpful. The condo itself was exactly what we hoped for—clean, spacious, and thoughtfully stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed, and there were plenty of linens, extra blankets, pillows, and even beach and pool gear. Coastal Breeze was fantastic to work with. Before our stay, I emailed them with questions and received a response in minutes. After we arrived, they checked in with us a couple times to make sure everything was going smoothly and that we didn't need anything, which we really appreciated. Everything in the condo was in great working order, making our stay completely stress-free. One of our favorite features was the spacious screened-in lanai with a beautiful view of the beach and Gulf. We spent each morning here drinking our coffee, watched a couple thunderstorms roll in, and enjoyed playing cards in the evening. Overall, we had a wonderful experience from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again!
