Spacious home 3 houses from beach ( beach block), 3 bedrooms, sleeps 8, 1 full bath, kitchen, living room and dining rooms, outdoor dining area in backyard with luxurious seating as well as a fire pit. Washer and dryer, central air conditioning, off street parking. AMAZING LOCATION (1/2 bock from Sawmill). Walk to boardwalk, restaurants, wheels of chance, rides and bars. It is the entire first floor of a two family home - top floor is not a rental. Backyard and front yard amenities are completely for first floor renter.
