Family Tides- only a stone’s throw to the Lancelin Beach Hotel,

If location is important to you, then don’t let this ideally located home at the north end of Gingin Rd pass you by. With nothing obstructing your ocean views, direct access to the beach via Harold Park and only a stone’s throw to the Lancelin Beach Hotel, there’s a lot to love about Family Tides location.

BUT, that’s not all there is to love about this home. Upstairs is bathed in natural light from floor to ceiling windows and sliding doors. A gourmet kitchen equipped with dishwasher and coffee machine (pods provided). An open plan living and dining area with a large table setting to cater for all and a large U-shaped sofa allowing plenty of room to kickback & relax after a long day in the sun.

Downstairs, double doors open out to face the ocean allowing you to let in the fresh ocean air while indulging in a good book or catching up a game of sport.

And, when the sea breeze is in you can escape to the rear of this home to continue to enjoy our balmy WA evenings in the vast undercover patio equipped with a BBQ, outdoor dining and a pool - the perfect entertainment area.

Family Tides sleeps 14+ guests and is ideal for multiple families or those holidaying in a larger group.

Imagine winding down at the end of the day this expansive balcony with a glass of wine in hand, watching the sun fall behind Lancelin's iconic island.

Family tides also has some kayaks & outdoor sporting equipment available for use.

Awesome Pad

Big house, plenty of beds, perfect for a big group. Big balcony with great ocean views, big undercover area out the back with a pool and a handful of backyard games at hand. Easy check in and check out, hosts accomodating for requests. Great place, would stay again if we had another big group weekend get away to Lancelin :-)

40th birthday family gathering

We would not recommend this property to anybody. These are the things we noticed. Our booking was made & paid in full well in advance. They were unprepared for our arrival & expected us to go down the road to the pub for an hour. We did so & they still could not get their act together!! * Windows & glass very dirty & marked. * Floors were unclean. * Bed sheets were full of hair from previous occupants. * Door handles loose & insecure. * Rubbish & litter from previous occupants. * Cups, etc in cupboards were unclean & we had to wash before using. * Dishwasher unclean. * Outdoor furniture broken & unstable. * Ripped curtains. * Unclean bbq on the inside. * Security cable to door is loose & insecure. * Gas hobs unclean. * External powerpoint outside balcony upstairs is a safety hazard. * Ensuite cupboard door is poorly secured with an overly long screw. * Overhead ceiling fan blew dust. We took photos on entry as proof. We expect a decent refund for such lousy presentation of this property.

The week was absolutely amazing, being across the road from the beach, watching the best sunset views from the balcony was truly breathtaking. The house is beautiful and well looked after. And the hosts are absolutely amazing people. I would recommend this house in Lancelin in a heartbeat. We had a lovely & peaceful stay.

Stunning Views

We could have stayed here for another week and the view would still amaze every morning and evening. Massive house, perfect for families and pets. Definitely want to come back here again.

Family staycation

Overall a wonderful experience, a little confusion when we had first arrived to do with the booking and keys but after a quick chat with the property owners they had immediately assisted. The place was larger than we expect and great location, perfect for large family’s and or friend groups.

Great location and experience

Easy checkin, great management, well appointed house. Nice and roomy, great views, nice rear area with a pizza oven. All in all a fantastic stay.

The perfect beachside accommodation for large families/groups!

A beautiful house in a prime location within Lancelin. My group of friends stayed 3 nights over the new year and couldn't have had a better mini getaway. Particular highlights of the house include the spacious kitchen, the large backyard, and the balcony overlooking an amazing coastal view. The owner made sure everything ran smoothly, and check-in/check-out processes were super efficient! Thanks for a great stay in Lancelin.

Fanrastic for a weekend get away.

Great home for a family group, lots of beds and car space, close to beach and dunes, excellent large oven to feed all those hungry mouths. Loved our dog (very much a family member) was able to enjoy our weekend with us.
