Benny, our Host, was great and very prompt in his responses to our question, both in thew initial inquiries about the property and rental and during our stay. The property was exactly as described in the on line Vrbo site. The property is a duplex and we never heard or saw our neighbors. Plus the neighborhood is safe and in a very nice area of North Myers Shores. It was a very good location for us near our family and close to everything was like to do while on vacation. We would highly recommend this location.
