This completely renovated single-family home is located in West Augusta and provides easy access to the Masters tournament, the medical district, Fort Gordon/Eisenhower, restaurants, entertainment, and shopping. There are 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, dining area, dedicated workspace, laundry room and comfortable living room. The back patio is the highlight with comfortable outdoor seating and TV with fenced-yard. Pets are always welcome, there is a $40 fee per pet.

This property was perfect for us. We have family in the area who joined us daily for dinner and game night. Cat friendly which can be hard to find. Would have loved to use the large screened in porch area if the weather had been warmer. The large fenced backyard was great for my granddaughter to kick her ball around. Located very convenient to the interstate and local restaurants.
