Outdoor Fireplace to end the night with smores or swing on the swing set . You will have a code to get in during your stay. If you need a different check in or check out time as long as there isn't another booking right before or after I can make changes and flexible.

Turn off the lights and lock the doors
You will use the same code to get in to lock the door when you leave. Trash is on Tuesdays before 8am.
The green couch turns into a sleeper that can fit two people.
Absolutely NO SMOKING Turn the gas heater and electroc heaters off when you check out.
