The house feels open and relaxed, a perfect backdrop for families and groups to reconnect before the next adventure begins.
Sleeping arrangements
The townhouse offers five bedrooms across two levels, comfortably sleeping up to 14 guests. Downstairs, two bedrooms each feature a king bed. Upstairs, one bedroom provides a twin over queen bunk bed plus an additional twin bed, while another bedroom holds two twin bunk beds. The fifth bedroom includes a king bed. Bed linens, extra pillows and blankets are supplied.
Bathrooms & laundry
Four full bathrooms are available, each stocked with bathroom essentials. A washer and dryer are provided for mid‑stay refreshes, making longer visits hassle‑free.
Kitchen & dining
A full kitchen anchors the home, equipped for you to prepare meals on your own schedule. Ample counter space and a dining table create a natural gathering spot for breakfasts before park days or relaxed dinners after long outings.
Living spaces
The large living area features comfortable seating, a TV for laid‑back evenings, air conditioning and ceiling fans that keep the space pleasant year‑round. An open layout lets everyone move freely between rooms without feeling crowded.

Step outside to your private pool, an inviting place to cool off after a warm Florida day. Outdoor furniture offers a simple setting for quiet moments between adventures. Pool heat is available as an option for an additional charge.
Resort access & amenities
Your stay includes free access to The Retreat at ChampionsGate resort amenities. Guests can enjoy a community water park, lazy river, resort‑style pools, fitness center, movie theater, games room, playground, sports courts and golf facilities, all within the gated ChampionsGate community.
Location & convenience
Located in Davenport, the townhouse provides easy access to major roads leading to Disney World, Universal Studios, shopping and dining. A private entrance, smart‑lock self check‑in, WiFi and a dedicated workspace add everyday convenience, whether you are visiting for a short getaway or an extended stay.

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home, as well as complimentary access to resort amenities.

Getting Around:
Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard.
Up to (2) cars may park in the spaces near the house. Do not block sidewalks, driveways, or park on the grass. Please follow standard parking rules. We are not responsible for towing or fines resulting from parking violations.
Other Things to Note:
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.
A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:
-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.
-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.
If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.
Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guests reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.

Upon arrival, we were very pleased with this home. Modern, clean, spacious. The neighborhood was beautiful, but very busy and particularly noisy on the day we arrived. We were disappointed to learn that the fridge and freezer were not working upon arrival. I contacted the host who got back to me right away. She was very apologetic and did all she could to get it up and running for us. As we had already purchased groceries, we decided to stay with a friend nearby. The host kept in touch, and eventually provided a refund that we requested. Sad we didn’t get the opportunity to enjoy the house, but it was obviously out of the hosts control.

The management company was responsive and kind through their communication. - the house smelled rotten when we got there; the dishwasher was letting out a horrible smell and it would not turn on so we couldn’t use it at all even just to try to get rid of the smell- the pool heat did not work; after lots of back and forth, they did return our 350 but it would have been nicer to have heat- there is 1 king bed, not 3. The other 2 are queens.- there was only 1 stool instead of the 4 pictured; we were counting on 4 to have enough sitting for everyone to eat at the same time and togetherThe community amenities are wonderful! It was our second year in that community for Christmas. Overall we had a nice stay, but there were the hiccups listed above. These things could all be corrected/updated for future house guests.
