Excellent location for the Arcadia Invitational. The peacocks were a little much the first night but manageable with the windows closed. Safe, quiet neighborhood. Good experience altogether. Super clean!

This house is located in Peacock territory and just because of that it is great fun to be there. It is clean and reasonably well equipped. The two shortcomings were: It is not "Cozy" as advertised. No pictures, no games, it is even missing a chair.Second: there is street parking most of the time but the description suggested a driveway.Living among the Peacocks was definitely worth it.Simon

The host is very responsive. We had an issue with one of the beds and he was right on it. Took care of it with no issues. We wish the TV and internet would have been a little more user friendly and reliable. We wanted to Airplay but we couldn’t.Really that was minor since we were barely there but it would’ve been convenient.

Thank you for your patience. My property finally had a vacancy today, so I went in to test the AirPlay connection myself. I am sending a video right after this message to show that my phone successfully mirrored onto the TV screen.I am truly sorry that your phones were unable to connect via AirPlay during your stay, though I am honestly not sure what caused the issue. I hope everything goes perfectly smoothly the next time you stay with us!
