The house was so cute and so perfect. The owner was very sweet and a wonderful person. Clean house with everything we needed in it. Location was also great for the festival we were in town for. Would definitely stay again if in the area! Also, the beds were very comfortable!

Everything was wrong about this place. Not only did I not get an address until a few days before, but the listing disappeared months before and I couldn’t ever check any details. I was given very sparse and confusing details about check in the day before, and when I asked for clarification, they just copy/pasted the exact same information with nothing new. Further, none of the sheets had been washed. All bedding was from a package, smelling awfully like manufacturer chemicals. Worst of all, when I compared the place to a few photos I had from the original post, it was all wrong!! The photos on the post were different from the actual house. It was very confusing because a man met us at the house (he was inside the rental), asked us to leave the keys attached to the door always, and didn’t leave the area for hours. We had such an awful feeling about the place that we received a refund thanks to VRBO. I am so glad we left and went to a hotel instead.

Howard is an amazing host. He had great communication all the way throughout the stay. Howard was quick to respond to any questions I had and was quick to accommodate and help with slight adjustments needed during the stay. The home is located in a nice area with plenty of restaurants and close Beach and the home looks even better in person than the pictures posted. Thank you for letting us stay in your home.
